Having said that

• An item is eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.  

• The item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• Special order items are nonreturnable unless defective or damaged.

• Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt is required.

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges, except when it was due to our error or defective.  We also recommend that you use a trackable shipping service.

• Upon receipt, we'll inspect the product and notify you by mail.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 days.
